Are you a state body or an authority?
No. We are an independent private company, SAQ Travel Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are not a state body and we have no connection to any state authority. You can always apply directly yourself; people choose us for the guidance and the human check.
Do you guarantee my e‑Visa will be approved?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Decisions rest entirely with the relevant authorities. What we control is the quality of what goes in: complete, consistent, and reviewed by a specialist before submission.
What exactly does your fee cover?
The guided application form, a line-by-line review by a trained specialist, handling of the submission, delivery of your e‑Visa by email, and support along the way. It is charged in addition to the visa cost itself, which is set by the relevant authorities.
How quickly will I receive my e‑Visa?
Issue times vary case by case and are out of our hands once an application is in, so we will not promise you a number. What we do control is how soon your review starts: Priority and Urgent move your file up our queue, which matters when departure is close.
What happens if something in my application looks wrong?
Your reviewer contacts you before anything is submitted, and nothing moves forward until you have confirmed the correction. That pause is most of the point of using us.
My passport is not on your list. Can you still help?
Possibly, but ask us before you pay anything. Requirements differ by nationality, and we would rather turn you away for free than take a fee for an application we cannot review properly.
