Due to the nature of visa application assistance services, refund eligibility may be limited once processing activities have begun.

2. Independent Service Provider Disclosure

turkiyetouristvisa.com operates as an independent Türkiye eVisa assistance service provider.

We are NOT a government entity and are NOT affiliated with the Government of Türkiye, including the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Republic of Türkiye Official eVisa System.

Our service fees relate to the assistance, review, preparation, and submission support we provide, and not to the final visa outcome.

3. Cancellation Before Submission

If you request cancellation before your application has been submitted to the relevant authorities, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

In such cases:

  • A standard administrative and processing fee of USD 25 will be deducted from the total amount paid
  • The fee covers work already performed, including document review, data verification, and internal processing activities

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing at the time the cancellation request is received.

4. Cancellation After Submission

Once an application has been submitted to the relevant authorities:

  • Service fees become non-refundable
  • Government or official processing fees are non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued regardless of approval, rejection, or delay

At this stage, the requested service is considered fully delivered.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • Processed or submitted applications
  • Approved or rejected visa applications
  • Delays caused by government authorities
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
  • Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted information.

6. Duplicate Applications

If duplicate or multiple applications are submitted for the same traveler:

  • Only one application may be processed
  • Additional applications may not qualify for a refund
  • Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion after applicable processing deductions

We strongly recommend avoiding multiple submissions for the same applicant.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days
  • Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution

Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method.

8. Payment Time Restrictions

Due to payment processor and banking limitations:

  • Refunds may not be available for transactions older than 40 days
  • In such cases, a non-transferable store credit may be issued instead

Store credit:

  • May be used for future services
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred to another individual

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact us first before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

In cases of unjustified disputes, we reserve the right to provide payment processors with:

  • Service activity records
  • Processing timestamps
  • Communication history
  • Evidence of work completed

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in restriction of future services.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the conditions described in this policy may only be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Verified technical errors on our platform
  • Duplicate charges caused by payment system malfunction

All exceptional refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes, claims, chargebacks, or matters arising in connection with payments, refunds, or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
